The Seedling

  • Initial Planning Call (4) weeks prior to your wedding day

  •  Facilitate up to (3) hours of service on your wedding day

  • (1) In-person meeting (at ceremony site) prior to your wedding day to discuss your day-of ceremony details (2) weeks prior to your wedding day

  • Assemble ceremony timeline and share with vendors involved in ceremony

  • Coordinate with Officiant/Clergy regarding ceremony details

  • Organization and management of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour) – rehearsal date may vary depending on the availability of the venue

  • Organize and assist with coordinating bridal party on your wedding day.

  • Take care of making any announcements to guests once ceremony is over

The Orange Peel

  • Initial planning call to take place within (2) weeks of booking date

  • Facilitate up to (6) hours of service on your wedding day

  • This package includes all services provided with The Seedling Package

PLUS:

  • Confirm and communicate with all vendors: confirm arrival times and provide them with a detailed wedding day timeline (1) week prior to your wedding day (by email)

  • On-site spokesperson to meet and greet with vendors upon their arrival to the venue (if within allotted package hours)

  • Provide a Custom Day-of Itinerary to include: vendor contact information, bride’s point of contact, bridal party processional, ceremony & reception set-up details, bridal party entrance to reception, day-of timeline, etc.

  • Assemble the master timeline and deliver to all vendors on wedding day

  • Oversee set-up and design of your ceremony and reception locations

  • Set-up of couple’s personalized décor to include programs, place cards, guestbook, favors, cake server/topper, toasting glasses, garter, toss bouquet in designated places

  • Distribute final payments /gratuity to vendors as requested

Squeeze the Day

  • Initial planning call to take place within (2) weeks of booking date

  • Scheduled phone sessions to meet the needs of the bride and groom throughout the planning timeline

  • (2) In-person planning sessions @ key stages of the planning process (up to 1 hour each)

  • Facilitate your wedding day from start to finish

 

This package includes all services provided with The Seedling Package as well as The Orange Peel Package, PLUS:

 

  • Event set-up recommendations and floor plan design for wedding reception

  • Set-up of décor for ceremony and reception locations

  • Ensure that all details are taken care of throughout both the ceremony and reception according to the day-of timeline

  • Organize and oversee cleanup and tear down with your vendors

  • Collection of couples personal items such as: personalized décor, gifts (delivered to a designated friend, family member or point of contact)
